As with all University records, Õ¬Äи£Àû staff and contractors have a responsibility to capture records relating to third-party agreements to a System of record. This includes records that demonstrate how an agreement with a third-party is developed and approved, as well as the final signed contract.

Unless Õ¬Äи£Àû Procurement is managing the process for you, RAMS will be the appropriate system for the capture of these records in most cases.

Compliance

Capturing records of your third-party agreement in RAMS ensures that you are compliant with the . Depending on the monetary value and the type of agreement, you may also have obligations under other legislation to make information about the agreement publicly available.
