The AGSM Graduate Certificate in Change Management is a stand-alone postgraduate qualification and can be completed as a pathway to an AGSM MBA (Change) or AGSM MBA (Executive) program.

- A recognised undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification) and a minimum of 2 years professional or managerial work experience, or
- At least 6 years professional work experience

The Graduate Certificate in Change Management (7315) is open to International Students studying offshore. This program is not eligible for international student visa.

Current and emerging approaches and frameworks for change management are embedded throughout the program to help establish an alignment between leadership and organisational purpose.
Full program structure
The Graduate Certificate in Change Management is a flexible, part-time program that can be completed in as little as 8 months or up to 2 years. The program consists of 24 units of credit (UOC) when taken as a standalone program. Students must complete:
