Jordan has undergraduate degrees in Science (Psychology) and Arts (Criminology), an Honours degree in Psychological Science and a Master of Development Studies. Jordan is a current PhD candidate at Õ¬Äи£Àû, researching 'A Critical Systems Perspective of Young People's Experiences of Pathways Between Care and Custody.

Jordan currently works in Policy and Practice with Youth Justice NSW and has a particular interest in the interactions between criminal justice and welfare systems. Jordan has worked in various capacities within child-protection and out-of-home care, and youth justice contexts, including within Ministerial Offices, and directly with children, young people, and families.
