  • In collaboration with , լи Women in Construction Project () was highlighted by 7NEWS in May 2024. We need more women to enter the industry to address the labour shortage issue and there are actually so many roles and career pathways for women to have a successful career in this important sector. Thank you  at Chandolin Construction for your support and for aspiring women to work in the construction industry. I must add that Sarah was a recipient of the Western Regions Excellence in Building Awards by Master Builders Association of NSW. 

Research

Research will be conducted on how the emerging “Construction 4.0” brings new opportunities and challenges for women and provide strategies and practical recommendations to empower women in this era.
